Exchange and return conditions

According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange or return your order in whole or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return only applies to unused products. The refund is made to the payment method used in the order.

Please inform us in advance about the return of the order by e-mailing studio@studiosieluisa.com. In the message, please also state the shipping ID of the return, so that we can monitor the progress of the package if necessary.

When returning a delivered order, include the order number and your contact information. The customer pays the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Note! Simply returning the item or not picking it up from the post office without the required additional information is not considered a return. We will charge the costs incurred for the return from the customer.
