Studio Sieluisa (Business ID: 3153568-1) is a Finnish company that manufactures and sells products to individuals of legal age in Finland and Europe. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering
The products are added to the shopping cart, after which contact information and additional order information are filled in at checkout. Finally, the payment method is selected and the order is paid. After a successful order, the customer receives an order confirmation to the e-mail address they provided.

All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information and other information requested with the order will not be used for anything other than the preparation of the order, delivery or clarification of any ambiguities. The customer commits to the delivery terms by making the order.

Payment method
In Studio Sieluisa's online store, Paytrail and Klarna are the payment service providers. Through Klarna, you can pay for the order by online bank payment or card. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpanki, Osuuspanki, POP bank, Säästöpanki, S-banken and Ålandsbanken. Your bank statement shows Paytrail Oyj (Checkout Finland) as the payee, they forward your payment to Studio Sieluisa. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.

Credit card payments:

You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.

Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payment is made using a securely protected payment form, and the payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.

Mobile payment methods:

Mobile payment methods Pivo and MobilePay are services that work in the application, with which you can pay for online purchases as a bank transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by accepting the payment in the respective application.

Delivery method and costs
We deliver to Finland and the rest of Europe. A delivery fee is added to orders at checkout according to the list below. For domestic orders over 190 euros, we offer free delivery to the pick-up point - the discount is automatically calculated at checkout.

Finnish:

Postal package €6.90, Posti Home package €12.90

Rest of Europe:

Posti parcel €14.90

Delivery time
The delivery time for products in stock is 5-14 business days. Exact product-specific delivery times can be found in the information of each product. Possible delays will be notified when ordering or as soon as possible when the situation arises.

Exchange and return conditions
According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange or return your order in whole or in part within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return only applies to unused products. The refund is made to the payment method used in the order.

Please inform us in advance about the return of the order by e-mailing studio@studiosieluisa.com. In the message, please also state the shipping ID of the return, so that we can monitor the progress of the package if necessary.

When returning a delivered order, include the order number and your contact information. The customer pays the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Note! Simply returning the item or not picking it up from the post office without the required additional information is not considered a return. We will charge the costs incurred for the return from the customer.
